Semi-detached house re-configuration & refurbishment

A typical Dublin semi-detached house was re-configured to simplify the internal layout and link to a new south facing rear extension, housing a spacious single kitchen/ dining space. The kitchen incorporated lots of built-in storage to enhance the feeling of spaciousness and to minimise clutter. The walls, floors and roof were all upgraded to create a warm, cosy, energy efficient home.
